I offer practical tools to help you reduce stress, depression or anxiety, grow your confidence and find a gentler and more compassionate way to connect with yourself.
I work with people across Scotland - from Glasgow to the Highlands, and throughout the U.K.

About my Approach to Psychotherapy
I bring both lived experience and professional training and combine this with compassionate listening and simple practical strategies you can use right away.
My formal training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Counselling and Transpersonal Psychology, and I blend these into an integrative and holistic approach, weaving in techniques and tools from further training in somatic body-based therapy, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy and positive psychology.
We would begin with a free 1/2 hour initial chat by phone or on Zoom.

Qualifications in Counselling and Psychology
My training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Counselling and Transpersonal Psychology and my therapeutic approach includes elements of Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Somatic Therapy.

Counselling & Psychotherapy Options and Booking
Session Options:
I offer one-off sessions, a few meetings for a short-term issue or longer-term support for deeper patterns, personal development & in depth personal growth.
• Online via Zoom or by telephone for convenience and accessibility
• “Walk & Talk” counselling sessions in nature, combining light exercise with therapeutic dialogue to enhance mindfulness and reduce stress.
Pricing & Booking:
• One-hour sessions are £50, payable 2 days in advance by bank transfer.
• A few spaces are reserved each week at £35/hour for those with a low household income. Please enquire.
• Blocks of 6 one-hour sessions are available for £280 when paid for in advance.
• 90 minute sessions can be arranged on request.
